No. Most students attend on their own. We rotate partners throughout class so everyone has the opportunity to practice with different people and develop stronger leading and following skills.

Yes. Our Level 1 classes are specifically designed for beginners with no prior dance experience. We focus on building a strong foundation, confidence, and comfort on the dance floor in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Both Salsa and Bachata are excellent choices for beginners, and neither requires previous dance experience. Salsa tends to be more energetic and rhythm-focused, while Bachata is often easier to pick up initially and places a stronger emphasis on partner connection.That said, we encourage students to start with the style they are most excited about learning. When you enjoy the music and connect with the dance, you're more likely to practice, stay motivated, and progress faster. If you're unsure, we encourage you to try both and discover which style you enjoy most. Many students choose to take both classes and develop their skills in each style.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend shoes with smooth soles that can pivot easily on the dance floor. Avoid sneakers with heavy rubber soles. If wearing heels or sandals, choose shoes with ankle straps for better support and stability.

Both. Many of our students attend on their own, while others come with a partner. No partner is required to participate.
